Medora Smile operates strictly as an independent DENTAL TREATMENT CONSULTANT and coordinator.

Our Role Defined: We facilitate the connection between international patients and certified, independent partner dental clinics and specialists. Our services include preliminary digital assessment, treatment roadmap planning, and coordination of travel logistics (appointments, transfers, accommodation).

Exclusion of Clinical Services: Medora Smile does not provide direct medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical care. All clinical procedures and the final diagnosis are the sole responsibility of the licensed treating dentist and the partner clinic.

Agreement: You understand and agree that our service is consultancy and coordination.
2. USER OBLIGATIONS AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Accurate Data: You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide through our forms, including your Identity Data, Age, and all submitted Health Data (X-Rays, photos), is complete, accurate, and truthful.

Liability: Medora Smile relies on the accuracy of the data you submit to create preliminary plans. Any delays or complications arising from inaccurate or incomplete information are your sole responsibility.

Lawful Use: You agree to use the website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Ownership: All content, features, and functionality on this website, including but not limited to the Medora Smile logo, text, graphics, designs, and software, are the exclusive property of Medora Smile and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Consultancy Limit: Medora Smile is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising directly from the clinical care or execution of the treatment provided by the partner clinics or treating dentists.
